Applicants for Regular Membership who are Business Brokers, Business Intermediaries, or Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors should submit a completed and signed MABIA Membership Application and MABIA Pledge along with a check for $100 for the annual dues.

 

Applicants for Associate Membership who are Allied Professionals who service the Business Brokerage Industry such as, Lenders, Business Appraisers, CPA’s, Lawyers, Consultants, Financial Intermediaries, or Trade Publishers should submit a completed and signed MABIA Membership Application & MABIA Pledge along with a check for $300. 

 

Current year’s dues for new members joining after June 30th will be prorated as follows: $50 for Regular Membership, or $150 for Associate Membership.  Thereafter members will pay full yearly membership dues.

 

Please read the MABIA Rules and Regulations, the MABIA Code of Ethics, and the MABIA By-laws.

 

An applicant's membership in MABIA is not automatic.  Applications will be subject to review taking into considering the applicant’s credentials, reputation, and good standing in the business brokerage community.  Membership is further contingent upon acceptance by the Board of Directors and the Regular Members of MABIA and the applicant’s payment of dues.  Should the applicant’s membership be denied the applicant’s check will not be deposited and it will be promptly returned.
